For our growing team, we are looking for an experienced sales manager (m/f/d) who is responsible for building and strategically developing our B2B sales in the area of industrial energy storage.

Your tasks:

  • Building and strategic management of B2B sales for industrial battery storage solutions
  • Identification, approach and support of customers from industry, commerce and data centers
  • Development of sales strategies as well as price and offer concepts in close coordination with management
  • Shaping product and market orientation based on technical requirements and market trends
  • Building, leading and further developing a high-performance sales team
  • Representation at trade fairs, industry events and in relevant networks
  • Close, solution-oriented cooperation with technology, marketing and project development

Your profile:

  • Completed technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex technical products or systems
  • In-depth understanding of energy, storage technologies, photovoltaics or industrial plants
  • Experience in building sales structures and leading sales teams
  • Communication strength, negotiation security and strategic thinking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and pronounced goal orientation
  • Negotiation-secure German and good English skills
